From selling goods and running small businesses since my teens to now expanding and professionalizing my operations, I increasingly recognize the value that business can bring to society: providing products and services to consumers, creating employment opportunities for staff, and enabling me to lead a more prosperous life while fulfilling my life's purpose.Take my current venture, a nursing home, for example. I have found that there is a significant social demand within this industry. Through hard work, my nursing home provides better quality care and services for the elderly, while also fostering a work environment that my employees enjoy. These achievements not only benefit me personally but also deepen my understanding of corporate social responsibility.Observing the varying health and self-care abilities among elderly individuals in their later years, I realize the importance of health for a happy retirement. I hope to convey to younger generations the necessity of taking care of their health, as it is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life.
