Can conscious eating heal humans and the planet?

  • The Society of Heart's Delight (map)

Join us for an engaging afternoon with renowned climate scientist and author, Kimberly Nicholas, and social entrepreneur Eva Woo, as they lead a small group to delve into the topic of consciousness and food, and the transformative power the intersection may hold to heal both human and the planet.

Through her extensive research and personal experiences, Dr. Nicholas will share insights on the impact of our food choices on the environment and climate and the well-being of ourselves and future generations. Eva has come across the intersection of food and consciousness in her social innovation work,  and is seeing the convergence of the two about to trigger a system-wide change in how we eat and produce food to bring health to ourselves, all living beings, and our planet.

Our small group of selected entrepreneurs and influencers in the Bay Area will explore how shifting towards a more conscious and sustainable diet not only reduce our carbon footprint but also improve our wellbeing and create a more equitable and sustainable food system.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to share their own lived experiences and participate in a thought-provoking discussion, get to know each other for some community bonding time, and from there we can all take action toward creating a healthier and more sustainable world.
